We couldn't have chosen a better jeweller! My fiancé and I came to Matthew on our search of a jeweller with a perfect engagement ring for us. Matthew was recommended to us by a friend who had been very pleased with Matthews work. We sat down with Matthew and talked about what type of design and diamond we were looking for in an engagement ring. Matthew was very thorough, ensuring every detail was exactly how we wanted it to be. We were also particular with certain aspects but Matthew was so welcoming and accommodating to our suggestions. Having never experienced a bespoke design service and never having picked a diamond before the service we received was second to none. Matthew was recommended to us via a family member after me falling in love with her engagement ring. When I wanted to update my husbands wedding ring was my first encounter at the workshop. Matthew really took his time to discuss my ideas and designs. Then again when my husband wanted to have an engagement ring and wedding band made for me, Matthew took his time to go through the diamond qualities and ring types explaining every little detail and giving us hands on experience to look through the cuts of the diamonds to give us a clearer understanding of the product. Quality hand-made jewellery I originally met with Matthew to design an engagement ring; I kind of knew what I wanted but after my consultation I felt comfort in knowing that Matthew had spent a great deal of time explaining the process and costs with regards to the materials that could be used to execute my design. He explained the ‘4 C’s’ (cut colour, clarity and carat weight) and showed me examples of stones, which I really thought went the extra mile. Sufficed to say when the decision came to get our wedding bands made there was no other thought in my mind but to return to Matthew.
